Gilster-Mary Lee has manufactured safe, quality food products for over 125 years. Born out of a small, southern Illinois flour mill founded by the Gilster brothers and sisters in 1895, today the company produces over 5000 SKU’s in its 11 manufacturing facilities in Missouri and Illinois. Gilster-Mary Lee’s products are distributed across North America and many other parts of the world. The company’s truck fleet provides on-time delivery to its customers and backhauls the materials needed to produce the large variety of food products it manufactures.

The story of Gilster-Mary Lee is the story of its employees. Gilster-Mary Lee employees brought the company through the challenging years of its startup, the great Mississippi River flood of 1993, and the Covid-19 pandemic. They have consistently made peoples’ lives better by providing them high quality, high value food products that they enjoy!
