Gilster-Mary Lee Corp. recognizes its social responsibility as a corporate citizen of the United States and the individual states in which we operate facilities. As such, in these locations we comply with all laws and regulations regarding the environment, wage and working conditions, and human trafficking and slavery. Further, we have taken steps to verify our supply base and understand the risks of human trafficking and slave labor. We work closely with our supplier partners through this process, and in some cases, this is done through 3rd party audits. We have required our supplier partners to verify that their goods are produced in compliance with applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking. We have a process in place to address any failures by employees or contractors to meet our expectations and standards on this subject. Finally, we provide the appropriate individuals within our supply team updates and training on this important matter and charge them to reduce risks in this area.
